A TASTE OF QIGONG

Join us at the Senior Center for drop‐in Qigong (ʺchee‐ gungʺ) on Tuesdays at 10:30 am. Qigong is the practice of cultivating mental and physical balance through the coordination of breath, movement and awareness. Qigong can be practiced throughout oneʹs entire life to promote overall health and well‐being. You can drop in anytime and learn something new.
