Elder Law Education Program
On Tuesday, May 27, from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm, Elder Law Attorney Timothy Loff of Newton will explain and answer your questions on the legal documents everyone should have in place during their “Golden Years”. The presentation will include detailed information on Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, MOLST forms, HIPAA Privacy forms, and Final Disposition Instructions. He will also talk briefly about the role of trusts in any estate plan. Even if you have these documents in place, you may learn some things about them you didn’t know and how and why it is important to keep them up to date. During the presentation, Tim will happily answer any general questions about estate and healthcare planning.
