In observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, the Senior Center will be closed on October 13th. No transportation or food services will be available on that day.
Exercises for Aching Joints

Tuesdays 11:00 – 12:00 pm: Exercise Classes w/ Sharon Devine in the Fitness Center.
All classes include some activities for flexibility, strengthening, stretching, and balance.
