CHAIR YOGA AND MEDITATION WITH EMMA

On Tuesdays, from 2:00 pm‐3:00 pm, join Emma as she leads you through a 60 minute chair yoga and
meditation class. During this class, she hopes to help you find mental and physical alignment and relaxation. Please keep in mind that all yoga poses will include being seated in chairs. No prior experience is required ‐ just come with an open mind!
