Moving with Ballet (note summer schedule changes)

MOVING WITH BALLET
Try a ballet class on Fridays from 1:30 pm 2:30 pm Tutus are not required! Beginner friendly classes introduce basic exercises and body positions of ballet to help build strength, balance, posture, and flexibility. Modifications are welcome, and you can go at your own pace. Feel free to come in comfortable clothes! May 2nd is the lasty date of this session with Caitlyn.
Maria Jane is teaching 3 classes coming up: 5/16, 6/6, 6/20
The class will have a new facilitator, Lucas, for the Summer on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 am starting July 9, with a potential late afternoon change for the Fall. Stay tuned for further information!
