MOVING WITH BALLET

Try a ballet class. Tutus are not required! Beginner-friendly classes introduce basic exercises and body positions of ballet to help build strength, balance, posture, and flexibility. Modifications are welcome, and you can go at your own pace. Feel free to come in comfortable clothes! Join instructor Ana on Mondays from 4-4:45 pm, starting October 20, for a 45 minute balletinspired movement class. This class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and grace through movement and gentle stretching. No dance experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome.
Join instructor Nancy on Fridays from 1:30-2:30 pm with start date to be determined. Please call to inquire. Please register for one or both classes at 617-730-2770.
