In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Brookline Senior Center will be closed. No transportation (transport or medical) or food services will be available on Thanksgiving, November 27. On Friday, November 28 the building will be open, but transportation and food services will not be available.

In observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day, the Brookline Senior Center will be closed on December 25 and January 1. No transportation (transport or medical) or food services will be available on those days.

Friday December 26th and Friday January 2 the building will be open, but transportation (transport or medical) and food services will not be available.

Center Connections Summer 2023

The Summer 2023 Center Connections issue highlights some of the Senior Center’s successes and tribulations; including the COVID-19 pandemic and its overarching impact that has led to positive outcomes, such as online offerings, telehealth appointments, and remote work. This issue also looks at the ongoing trauma, devastating financial concerns, and sustained stress, anxiety, and fear that have brought about special challenges for older adults post pandemic.
