In observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day, the Brookline Senior Center will be closed on December 25 and January 1. No transportation (transport or medical) or food services will be available on those days.
Friday December 26th and Friday January 2 the building will be open, but transportation (transport or medical) and food services will not be available.
Are you one of the many adults ages 60+ in the US who, by choice or circumstance, live without the support system traditionally provided by family? You’re definitely not alone! On Tuesdays, October 21 through December 16, from 2:30-3:30 pm, join other solo agers in this 8-week group to explore what questions and feelings come up when we think about how to age successfully. Participants will share experiences, support one another, and build community. This group is facilitated by Hadassah Margolis, MSW, LICSW.
