SAVE THE DATE – VETERAN’S DAY PROGRAM
On Monday, November 10 from 1:00-2:00 pm, join Bill McGroarty of Brookline’s Veteran’s Services for this informational talk. Please register at 617-730-2770.
The Brookline Senior Center will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. There will be no food or transportation services available that day.
Larry Poirier, Springwell’s Outreach Manager will be giving an agency overview presentation on Monday, October 27 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Springwell is the local Area Agency on Aging appointed by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence. Their goal is to provide information, services and support in order to assist older adults in securing and maintaining independent living in a home environment. The presentation will give a detailed overview of the all the services that Springwell provides.
