Love, Loss & What I Wore Information Session & Rehearsals

Tuesday, April 11 at 11:00 AM at the Senior Center, join Artistic Director Debra Block for an informational session on the play, Love, Loss & What I Wore, written by Nora and Delia Ephron (based on a book by Ilene Beckerman) that will performed at the Senior Center this summer. We are interested in casting older adult actors, and are also seeking script writers, set crew, photographers, videographers, and production assistants. Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM starting April 25. The funny and compelling play examines the meaning of fashion in one’s life history. It invokes memories of clothing and accessories that are related to shopping with mother, a first date, why we only wear black, and how our styles change with age. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Brookline Commission for the Arts, a local agency, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
