MARCH IS JUDICIAL OUTREACH MONTH!

Tuesday, March 10, 1:00-2:00 pm – Join Lauren E. Reznick, Associate Justice at the Massachusetts Land Court of the Suffolk County Courthouse, as she discusses the role of an impartial and independent judiciary and the meaning and importance of the “Rule of Law.” She will also discuss real estate partition, a legal process to separate ownership of property held jointly by unmarried owners. It is a type of legal dispute that often involves siblings or other relatives who jointly inherited property, but no longer wish to own it together and cannot agree on what to do.
