Forgiveness & Healing-Moving Beyond Hurt & Anger

Forgiveness, acceptance, reconciliation…these are important ideals, often easier said than done. In this 2 part workshop starting on Monday, January 27 at 1pm (2nd part on February 10), we’ll consider their deeper meaning and how they pertain to our lives. This session will focus on definitions, types of forgiveness, and working through emotions.
