Exercises for Hand and Foot Mobility
Wednesdays 12:30 – 1:00 pm join us for exercises for hand and foot mobility with Sharon Devine in the Fitness Center. (Best done in bare feet. While seated, be able to put your ankle on the opposite knee. Bring lotion.)
All classes include some activities for flexibility, strengthening, stretching, and balance.
