Aging In Place With Pace Presentation

On Monday, September 16 at 11:00 am, join us for a presentation given by the Harbor Health Elder Service Plan. The program will provide an overview of a national model of healthcare that has helped thousands of older adults across the country stay independent and safe in their home setting. Come and learn how this growing program provides quality healthcare and extensive support services to older adults that wish to remain healthy at home and OUT of a nursing home. The event will also feature refreshments and a raffle prize.
