In observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day, the Brookline Senior Center will be closed on December 25 and January 1. No transportation (transport or medical) or food services will be available on those days.
Friday December 26th and Friday January 2 the building will be open, but transportation (transport or medical) and food services will not be available.
On Monday, November 3 from 1:00-2:00 pm, join Millicent for a knitting workshop for students to make long neck scarves with a wide at least 60″ neck. Please bring with you a pair of size 8 US knitting needles. Millicent will teach students to make a loop to go over the knitting needles, how to cast on stitches on the knitting needle, and how to knit in the basic pattern.
