DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nOn Tuesdays, through June 3, from 1:00-2:15 pm, join Dinah Gilburd, LICSW for an interactive group experience. As a community of wise agers, we will explore how to live with” joy, resilience and spirit.” Because there is no set of Instructions or guidelines for this stage of development, the group offers a path to view the aging process from a unique lens. Together, we will have the opportunity to navigate this stage of life, and gain insights. Drawing from the book, Wise Aging, by Rabbi Rachel Cohen and Dr. Linda Thal, the content draws from multi-faith traditions, poets and authors.
